Participation fees for the attendance event in Hanover

Participation fee for members:
125 € for registration and payment by 31.03.2023, for later registrations 147 €.
(for members of the associations’ BIB, VDB, ALA, ALBAD, Bibliosuisse, BVÖ, BVS, VÖB)

Participation fee for non-members:
250 € if registered and paid by 31.03.2023, for later registrations 290 €.

Participation fee for reduced participants:
65 € for registration and payment by 31.03.2023, for later registrations 75 €.
Trainees, students (also of part-time courses of study), participants in professional training courses, trainee lawyers, job-seekers and pensioners are eligible for a reduced fee.
A certificate valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event must be submitted with the registration.

 

Day tickets are again available for the Congress:
Day ticket for members: 85 € for registration and payment until 31.03.2023, afterwards 95 €.
Day ticket for non-members: 140 € if registered and paid for by 31.03.2023, 155 € thereafter.

 

The registration fee includes the GVH Kombiticket for the Hannover city area. This is valid for public transport in the GVH tariff area (zones ABC) on all buses and trains.

The Kombiticket is valid for the purchase of a season ticket in the period 23-26 May 2023 and for the purchase of a day ticket on the corresponding day.
The combination ticket will be printed on the congress name badge.

 

Participation fees for purely virtual streaming participation

Streaming will take place from three lecture rooms (as at the BID Congress in Leipzig). You can follow the streams and post comments and questions live in the chat.
The following reduced fees apply for exclusive participation in this streaming:

Participation fee for members: 80 €
Participation fee for non-members: 165 €
Participation fee for reduced participants: 45 €.

Streaming is included for all participants in the face-to-face event.

Name badge

The name badge, which entitles the holder to access all lecture rooms, the exhibition and the opening event, including the subsequent get-together, must be worn in a clearly visible position at all times.

The name badge is also valid as a ticket for public transport.

A fee of 15 € will be charged if the name badge is lost.

Upon request, the name badge will be sent to you by post to the main address given during registration. The prerequisite for this is a confirmed registration, including full payment of the registration fee by the beginning of May.

Certificate of attendance

All participants will receive the certificate of participation as a PDF by email directly after the congress.
There will be no paper printouts on site.

BIB-Mitglieder können Angehörige der bibliothekarischen und Informationsberufe und sonstige Beschäftigte in Bibliotheken und verwandten IuD-Einrichtungen werden einschließlich Auszubildende und Studierende der entsprechenden Berufe bzw. Studiengänge.
